Parcel Shipping services

Parcel shipments are small, lightweight packages typically handled by couriers or parcel carriers like UPS, FedEx, or DHL. These are usually sent individually for consumer or business deliveries, such as e-commerce orders or documents. Unlike freight shipments, parcel shipments involve smaller items and don’t require specialized transportation.


While routing parcel, a shipper will purchase a shipping label with the shipment details. After purchasing the label, the shipper will either schedule a pickup for all their shipments or drop off the package with the carrier. That is a huge difference from freight shipping, where the carrier is auto-tendered for a pickup.

Parcel Label Creation

After selecting from the carrier options, the label will automatically be generated from ViewPoint. Print or send a PDF of the label to fix to the package. Label creation is quick and easy!
