Vendor Acceptance & Governing Terms
By accepting any tender, assignment, load, service request, or other engagement from TLI, or by performing services for or on behalf of TLI, Vendor expressly agrees that such acceptance or performance constitutes agreement to be bound by TLI’s Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time, whether or not separately executed. Performance by Vendor shall not constitute acceptance by TLI of any Vendor-proposed terms.
TLI’s Vendor Terms and Conditions shall govern all services performed by Vendor and shall supersede any conflicting or additional terms proposed by Vendor, including terms contained in rate confirmations, invoices, carrier agreements, or other documents, unless expressly agreed to in writing by TLI.

How do truckload carriers get paid?
Truckload carriers are paid through TriumphPay, a secure and reliable payment platform. It allows carriers to manage their payment preferences promptly and access flexible terms tailored to their business needs.
What payment terms are available through TriumphPay?
Carriers can choose between two payment options:
-Standard Terms: Net 30
-Quick Pay: Next-day payment with a 2.5% fee (only available to carriers not using a factoring company)
Can carriers choose how they receive their payments?
Yes, carriers can select their preferred payment method—either by check or ACH—directly within the TriumphPay platform.
