Schedule an LTL Shipment

Schedule a less-than-truckload (LTL) shipment in TLI's Viewpoint.

Accessing ViewPoint

Access ViewPoint through our resources tab or by going to www.vp.translogisticsinc.com

Integrated Search Bar

Quickly find a specific shipment through various reference numbers such as BOL, PO, SO, etc.

Save Freight Quotes

Quick quotes can be saved after adding more details in the schedule shipment module.

Commodity Entry

Easily enter the correct commodity and freight class based on density through ViewPoint's item section.

Shipping Documents

Viewpoint automatically generates shipping documents for you, including BOLs.

Proof of Delivery (POD)

Obtain the POD after the shipment has delivered. Once received by TLI, the document will be available.

Automatic Updates

Viewpoint allows for automatic email updates when statuses change on a shipment.

Public Tracking Link

Share the public tracking link to allow anyone to track the shipment without proprietary information.

Update Account Profile

Update contact information, display name, and other settings for your ViewPoint account.

Create a New User

Create a new user through the home page. Click on "Sign Up" or reach out to your TLI Account Rep.

Reset your Password

Easily recover your account through the "Forgot my Password" link. An email will be sent automatically.

Customer Service Chat

Communicate with our CS Team right in the system. Once sent, our team will get right back to you by email.

Enterprise Levels

An enterprise helps separate data and shipments for your company's locations - bringing control to you.

Default Enterprise Level

Individual users have a specific default enterprise level. This allows shippers to focus on their enterprise.

Default Startup Module

Viewpoint allows a user to default their startup module. Jump right into your most used module.

Tracking Views

The map and grid view allows a user customization in their tracking module. Find out the difference.

Document Print Error

Web browser Pop-Up blockers may cause an error on printing shipping documents.

Address Book Access

If a user has the permission, a master list of all your locations can be accessed right away.

Add Locations

Viewpoint has a built in address-book. Easily add/update an address as you enter you shipment.

Pallet Label Sizes

Choose between small or large pallet labels. You can change the size in the settings module.
